Hatha Beginner Basics
For beginners or those revisiting the basics. Learn basic poses, alignment, conscious breathing and how to relax. Discover the potential of a yoga practice.
Take time to relax with gentle movement and restorative postures that utilize props in a supportive environment for total relaxation. Each class will include 4-6 poses held for a longer period of time, often ending with yoga nidra, a state of deep relaxation.
Combines slow movements and guided meditation to reset the body and mind. This meditative class will include a variety of breathing techniques, mudras, sound healing, guided imagery and meditations focusing on deep relaxation, healing and rejuvenation. All ages and levels of yoga experience encouraged to attend. Modifications will be provided to fit each students individual needs.
Dynamic flowing movement from pose to pose utilizing the breath and sun salutations between poses. These active classes geared towards those looking for a stronger movement-based practice and assumes some yoga experience. An energetic, yet mindful, vinyasa flow with a strong focus on alignment.
A class for individuals with either physical challenges, overcoming injuries, or those looking for slower pace. Modifications are given to suit your needs so that you find comfort in each yoga pose. A gently flowing movement practice to wash away stress and tensions from the hips, spine and your day!

Lunchtime Yoga Express
45 minute moderate paced class designed for lunch break. A gently flowing movement practice to wash away stress and tensions from the hips, spine and your day! You’ll leave refreshed, restored, and ready for the rest of your day.
Barre is fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
